This presentation, covering creating interactive webinars for the 21st century learner, was given at the 6th Annual International Symposium for Emerging Technologies for Online Learning.  I was joined by Dr. Laura Franklin, an online instructor for Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), in sharing strategies and best practices for promoting interaction and collaboration in a medium that is often a prison for passive learning.
